Iraqi are famous for non logistical support to non administration support in air force tactical maintenance to normal support.
This is a fifth time the Iraqi pilot have bombed ttheir own targets by mistake or failure to keep up maintenance.

Last big example was during Iran Iraq war where the bomber took off from Baghdad in 1980s & dropped bomb on cars mistakenly.
Iraqi warplane accidentally bombs Baghdad - Shared via Al Jazeera English app

An Iraqi warplane has accidentally dropped a bomb over a residential area of Baghdad after it experienced mechanical failure, according to the country's defence ministry.

Officials confirmed to Al Jazeera on Monday that a bomb fell from a Russian-made Sukhoi Su-25 fighter jet, hitting a the New Baghdad neighbourhood of the city and leaving 12 people killed or wounded.

Early reports suggested at least seven of the casualties had been killed.

"One of the bombs became stuck because of a technical problem, and during its [the aircraft's] return to base it fell on three houses in Baghdad Jadida," security spokesman Brigadier General Saad Maan said in a statement.

The jet was coming back from a bombing run when the accident occurred, Maan said, according to the AFP news agency.
Iraq received Sukhoi Su-25 jets from Russia and Iran last year as it sought to bolster its fledgling air force to combat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group, which has seized large parts of the country.

The US agreed to sell Iraq 36 F-16 warplanes, but none have been delivered so far.

The first batch of the jets has instead been sent to Arizona, where Iraqi F-16 pilots are training.

One of pilots was killed in a crash during an aerial refuelling exercise at the end of June.

Something is wrong with this sentence.

I wrote it very quickly, the idea behind to reflect is with "no coordination, maintenance or organization" of air force planes or pilots communications the attacks happen constantly on themselves. Thanks for correction, I typed it really fast.

Dual Kabul Attacks Target NATO Convoy and Afghan Spy Agency

Two Taliban bombings and skirmishes between gunmen and security forces rocked the Afghan capital of Kabul on Tuesday, killing at least one person and injuring several more.

The first attack reportedly occurred when a Taliban fighter drove a car bomb into a NATO convoy in the Shah Shahid residential area. Three Afghan civilians were injured, according to Al Jazeera.

General Abdul Rahman Rahimi, the city's police chief who was at the scene of the blast, told Associated Press that one Afghan was injured while the other person wounded was from the convoy.

A local resident told VICE News that it was a suicide car bomb targeting a foreign military convoy. Kabul police also confirmed an explosion but wouldn't say what type of blast it was. NATO confirmed one of its convoys was involved in a suicide attack but no one was killed.

A few hours later another bomber targeted the NDS (Afghan Intelligence) regional office in Kabul's District Eight in the east of the city.

Abdul Hassib Sediqi, the spokesman for the National Directorate of Security, told AP that an attacker on a motorcycle drove at the gate of the facility, killing one guard and injuring another.

Sediqi said that two other attackers on foot then started shooting at security forces at the compound, before they were shot and killed. Police spokesman Ebadullah Karimi confirmed the gunmen had entered the building, according to Reuters.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for both attacks.
