With all due respect and kudosto this wonderful work and the pure intentions behind it. May Allah s.w.t reward you for it. But in these times daily having a gathering of 4-5000 people plus staff is totally unacceptable.and impossible to keep it safe no matter what you do. its just no possible. Just having these paper masks and trying to keep distance is not going to cut it.
Iqrar saab should use his influence and acquire more help and find out where these people live and try to have the food delivered to them. Can make a group of 10-20 people who need this and put one person from that incharge and deliver food for all that group to him and he can further give it out. So reduce the burden and cost of delivery.

If he is following SOPs and is not causing a health hazard or security concerns for the neighborhood, he should be allowed to continue this service. It can't be stopped only because it is inconvenient for a few in the neighborhood.
Instead police may help him to regulate if there are some minor issues or Iqrar ul hasan may split his service to different venues and limit them to an allowed number. He cannot break laws on the name of a good cause..
Sind government and City Mayor must clarify the reasons for this incident and explain what is the nature of the complaints.

At the same time wish authorities(both federal and provincial) were efficient and honest so people only had to donate and rest could be handled by them.
I was looking at videos of distribution of money under Ihasas program yesterday and absolutely chaos on most of place and no concept of social distancing.
