This is not civil disobedience !!!
It is standard norm to have a record of commands and actions taken by the Police or any department...SO later on when people are killed the Policemen do not get blamed as we have seen happening in Model Town investigation...
This is challenging the royal culture of PML-N to pass verbal orders and then lie and shed crocodile tears that we are very sorry and we had no part in it....

If this news is true, then I salute IG Islamabad. Finally, there is someone in police who has taken stand for the people of Pakistan

I don't think its Civil Disobedience. It is just mistrust of the officers on the Government who blamed the Model Town incident on Police and made suspensions and transfers denying their own involvement in the incident. The IG didn't want the same to happen. If anything would have went wrong the Govt would have again blamed the Police and would have denied their involvement or giving any such orders.. That is why the IG wanted the order in written form so that Govt couldn't blame Police for the action later on..

Salute to Aftab Cheema. He is a true patriotic and proved that he is not servant of Sharif family. Again, we are thankful to Aftab Cheema for his immeasurable courage to deny orders from the killer brothers. It will help to restore Police image which is badly shaken.

Inside news agar khalid khatak will not order lathi charge agar iss ney order kiya ru maximum 15 20 minute k baad siren bajey gaa aur armyy policee ko chittar martey huey barracks mein ley jaiey gii . We should realize pti ka crowd consist if doctors enginers officers pilots oxford graduates etc etc i mean to say they r best of our country .nawaz shariff ka dady b aa jaye woh b inn o kuch nai keh sakta . Yeh 1500 2000 dey kar laya hua crowd nai hai . Naa yeh plot k lalchi journalist lawyers hain they r cream of pakistan .achkzai shazia marri khursheed shah inn ki eik hi qulaith hai kou pimp hai koi pros hai and our higger ups knows it inn k kehney sey kuch b nai hoo gaa .i again say ptu k crowd pey lathi charge will b the end of goverment .
