Nations have no permanents friends or enemies,they only have permanent national interests.Russia started leaning towards China because sanctions were imposed on Russia by the west after annexation of Crimea.The eastward expansion of Nato made matters worse.An alliance between Russia and China is good for world peace.A uni polar world is very dangerous.Regarding Pakistan-Russia relations,let Indians cry,this is their normal behaviour.They spend billions of dollars on weapons fthey buy from foreign countries but if Pakistan buys a few helicopters from Russia they start crying.The Hindoo mentality is to play the role of a victim.Everyone knows about Indian state terrorism and involvment of RAW in terrorist activities in Sri Lanks,Bangladesh,Afghnaistan and Pakistan.Indians will never admit they are engaged in terrrorism.They will always blame Pakistan for any attack in India because of their hatred for Pakistan.

it is second optional language till class 8th in govt schools in northern india .you have to take one extra language .
