its with in every race and religion in one form or another its called power of money and position.if a group in race is poor and or uneducated then the educated or money power like in pakistan treat the other very poorly like a untouchable.

there is no denial caste is a factor and is in practice in our subcontinent ,
a large scale exploitation and persecution of lower castes is prevalent in sub continent , but our govt in india has provided a lot of measures
such as reservation of jobs ,education for lower classes .
