Gujarat: Extremely Unfortunate incident but riots do happen sometimes in multicultural country like India with poverty and high level of illiteracy. However the case is not finished. Few of the minister are in the jail. Hopefully all responsible will be punished. Large numbers of Hindus are killed each year due to the terrorism done by few deluded Muslims.
Babri mosque: there have been few incidents in last 63 years which were unfortunate namely, Gujarat, babri mosque and the killing of Sikhs in Delhi. But if you take the scale of india with 1.2 billion population then this issues can be considered as exceptional cases. There were 1000s of temples destroyed by invading Muslims in subcontinent.
Kashmir: This is issue of inheritance, we inherited this problem since partition of India, don't blame this generation for it.Kashmiris have equal rights in India The only ethnic cleansing done in Kashmir was against kashmiri pandits.
Average Muslim is completely secure, free and thanks his ancestors for their wisdom in staying in India. If India opens border with Pakistan not even a single Indian Muslim will move to Pakistan.

Even a Hindu can be denied a house or a flat in certain conservative localities for some reason. For example one can be denied such permission if he/she is a non vegetarian. So this is not a big deal.
