Panic attack ! this vid came out ages ago. Looks like someone just re-discovered it.

Isn't he being deported or something like that? His hand were tied with like hand-cuff's and the two guys were surrounding him as if to stop him if he tries to flee. He didn't seem afraid of the flight but seemed like he was afraid for his life by someone.

To be more exact it seemed like two agents were holding a criminal.
