Hey Napali Pandit I cant understand u and ur country if ur country is buying 7 billion Dollar of Weapons then why cant they spent on these poor peoples
ok We know in pakistan we have corrupt politicans but ur country INDIA is Champion in Democracy why dont they spent on their citizens..

indian politicians are equally corrupt. Indians have different opinion on this but my personal view is this is a big waste of money. India needs to invest billions on education and poverty reduction and infracture. Moist threat is the biggest threAt for india. India has no external enemys to use these weopens.but there are. Lotsof kickback involved. You can expect congress and top military brass to make around 500 million from this deal. Private and public industries are quite developed in india, instead of buying this from Russia, india should look to manufacture them. Atlestindians will get employment.
