I am not supporting those people who have encroachments outside their big shops. They must be treated like this.

But my concern is about poor people who just have cart and they sell fruits ,vegetables,dry fruit or chaat / gollgape & responsible of roti for whole family .

these buildings belong to well off and rich people.
poor people dont have a any property.

Its common practice in Punjab done by Tehsil Administrators (TMA,) while in KPK the job is going to be done by CM KPK self !!!! What a Karnama

Here is the difference: Pti does things through a system which improves the bad situation, whereas noora's do it to show off and victimize the opponents and system doesn't improve an inch. You see the difference meri andhi sarkaar?

I agree with you. There should be a new area alloted where the poor man with his cart can sell vegetables legally. Infact they should not even target the poor people selling food items in carts. Just take a minimal fee to legalize them

But the good thing is clean up area of thugs who take space of footpath. I hope its good decision in long run and doesn't affect the poor people. Can't tell if the poor people with carts are affected from these pics

They're demolishing the encroachments, and not the small carts but if needed to move them; they'll be allotted certain areas.

Perhaps nothing, but they are causing traffic problems in most areas because they are expanded towards the roads covering even footpaths in many areas... So it will solve some traffic problems and besides what's not yours should be taken from you, right?

I'll ask your opinion at the time of a severe emergency, when your near and dear will be near death (God Forbid) and you'll be trying to navigate the encroached street on a rickshaw, and see with your own eyes your loved ones dying at the door of the hospital (abbasi shaheed).

Pakistan is a different stroy then Australia. Shop keepers extend their shop area and cover the street front, they also give front space on rent (on which they don't have any authority) , then their is Bhatta Mafia , Police, Land Revenue, Local Bodies and lots of other depts who take their charges and leave encroachments as is.

Cartwheelers should move in streets, shouldn't stand and block the way, thats what cartwheels are for. By the way, if you look closely, they have demolished constructed areas, which is illegal. Those poor cart wheelers will come back in 1-2 hours.

My only concern is about poor cart wheeler. In my opinion PTI should create more and more job opportunities for people in kpk. Too much poverty in whole Pakistan. We don't expect anything from Noora Govt.

Have u seen CM in the pictures? Obviously if it is done in Punjab, it is done by the directives of CM. Same applies here.

I think you don't even the meaning of Encroachment or Najaiz Tajavizaat? In simple words it is the illegal occupation of Public places or property by individuals.
