As a personal experience I have seen Peshawar's govt hospitals going better and better each passing day along with the fact that people of KPK are now taking full advantage of health cards even from private hospitals.

Best way to get things noticed is take pictures of what you think is wrong with the hospitals and put on twitter or even here. No one is gonna take notice of what you post without any photo evidence.

Unfortunately we want everything free and top class updated without giving proper tax and if got the Facility then misuse it.
