why pti is not trying to bring kpk police to international standards? give them all the tools and equipments and authority. who is stopping them.. i have started hating pti for not doing this ., but i will wait a few more weeks to say goodbye to them.. this is high time and they should be working on war footings... not less then that

most likely lack of funds........forget about international standard, a dept. cannot improve significantly overnight.......lot of planning, training and of course money is required to improve the standard be it education, health or security and so on........
