Why is this Good News? Isn't General Bajwa functioning under The Islamic REPUBLIC of Pakistan? Wouldn't that mean He is bound by the constitution of Paksitan anyway? lol. I think the need to say this is "Good News" is actually evidence of the country's political landscape. So in essence this is "Bad News" . lol.

Really makes sense when He says good news...but it just needs a little bit of sense to understand the Statement..!!!
