I think the best definition of "Liberals" is given by Imran khan. Imran is right thatbeing a liberal is a state of mind. However in Pakistan libereralism has beeen tagged with "women wearing jeans","keeping a boy friend or girlfriend","different types of fashion", "people who speak english","people who go dance parties", people who drinks, people who are influencedby american and western culuture. According to me the definition of liberals is people who accept other people's culuturre, their way of living, their belief. Etc etc

Being liberal simply means you are open other views and have greater tolerance to others. However, Pakistani liberals are in reality Liacist and western-slaves. IK was clarifying that in the video.
