You are an experienced person, you should not say this about our PM house.

Erdogan and Khan both need to do some introspection. Following Western model of advancement is a mirage. You will not go too far. Do look into hard assets based economy which is closer to the teaching of your religion.

Turkey is part of NATO and they have forces in Afghanistan fighting Taliban. Imran Khan must be telling him please sir do not fight with Taliban because they are very nice and innocent people. Also, Imran Khan must be asking them please sir come out of NATO because they are doing drone attacks on Pakistan.

The Turkish troops in Afghanistan do not play any combat role.They provide support to Afghan army and police to maintain security. Turkey joined the Nato alliance around 1952 during the cold war.The benefits of Nato membership are debatable but the Turkish government must have considered the pros and con.Imran was invited to visit Turkey by Erdogan.Imran like many other people is impressed by the economic growth in Turkey in the last decade.it is good that Imran is visting Turkey,he can benefit from interaction with Turkish leaders.

Are you being sarcastic? Other than an overload of red(which is the turkish color) there is nothing extravagant that I see in this picture even though Turkey is a much richer country than Pakistan.

I hope you dont mind but in my view Your comment is a big example of cynicism. You could not see anything positive in this picture.I feel our news channel for this complete negativity. they have taught only negativity to people thus people only criticize every thing..and its resulting in depression and de-moralisation of the society at large.
We must realize that our media is cynical because of something mysterious and must shed this habit ourselves..

Because their economy is a 100 times better than ours, they can afford such luxuries but we cant, and i think our President/PM probably spend more than this.

So just because Turkey has sent some (1327 exactly) troops to Afghanistan, Imran should not meet Erdogan? I think its you who are confused, especially after you are leaderless and your ex-leader is just for video chatting now.
When America leaves Afghanistan the others will also leave, America started this war and America must get out, that's what we want. Btw there are 68000 American troops in Afghanistan as of 15 May 2012, probably more.

"Turkey has participated in the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) since its inception with the deployment of 290- non-combatant support personnel in 2001"

Nothing much, the 290 are engineers and technicians, who sit idle in their offices or help in constructing roads, so PLEASE!!!
