Impossible to hold Local Bodies Election in 2014 :- Election Commission of Paksitan

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) decided on Wednesday to write a letter to provinces on the issue of local government elections.

According to well-placed sources, ECP will ask the provinces to complete the process of legislation regarding holding of LG elections.

Despite passing of five months since the Supreme Courts ruling, provinces are yet to conclude the legislations process.

Once the legislation is done, ECP will have to undertake delimitation of constituencies within 45 days. SAMAA

جی ہاں جس الیکشن پر بڑی مچھلیوں کو اقتدار ملنا ہوتا ہے وہ تو ممکن ہو جاتا ہے جس پر چھوٹے جانور کے ہاتھ کچھ آ جانے کا دار ہو وہ تو کیسے ممکن ہو گا؟جان بوجھ کر سبق حکمرانوں نے ایسے مسلے بنا کے رکھے ہیں کے لوکل باڈی الیکشن نہ ہو سکے کسی طریقے سے پتا نہیں پچھلے سات سال سے کیا کیا ہے انہوں نے کے ان کا حکومتیں کرنے کا جواز ہوتا.
