IF PM Pakistan drops dead (or cannot continue in office) tomorrow, what happens ?

95.

(1) In the event of the death of the Prime Minister or the office of Prime Minister becoming vacant by reason of his ceasing to be a member of the National Assembly, the most senior Federal Minister for the time being shall be called upon by the President to perform the functions of that office and the Federal Ministers and Ministers of State shall continue in office until a new Prime Minister has been elected and has entered upon his office. (2) If the National Assembly is in session at the time when the Prime Minister dies or the office of Prime Minister becomes vacant, the Assembly shall forthwith proceed to elect a Prime Minister, and if the Assembly is not in session the President shall for that purpose summon it to meet within fourteen days of the death of Prime Minister, or, as the case may be, of the office becoming vacant. (3) When the Prime Minister, by reason of absence from Pakistan or any other cause, is unable to perform his functions, the most senior Federal Minister for the time being shall perform the functions of Prime Minister until the Prime Minister returns to Pakistan or, as the case may be, resumes his functions. (4) In this Article, "most senior Federal Minister means the Federal Minister for the time being designated as such by the Prime Minister.

Who is currently performing the duties of PM, or will do when he is under treatment and incapacitated

PM NAWAZ SHARIF MADE NON-FUNCTIONAL
According to some well placed sources the powerful establishment in Pakistan has taken a serious view of Panama Leaks and alleged involvement of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The establishment decided to avoid scandalisation of the issue avoid chaos in the country as agitation by some leaders of opposition could lead and Pakistan's enemies taking advantage of it.
The Prime Minister has been asked to either resign or step aside from his official position till his name is cleared by the establishment after thorough unbiased investigation.
He was stopped to attend official functions and issue orders as PM before he proceeded to London. He will not return to his office till investigations are not complete to the satisfaction of the establishment. Then depending on the results either he will either return honourably or resign. Although I do really like this sentiment, phele jaan te deo, fir vekh laang ge. what will happen is all the patwaris will jump at the seats like jab muft ki biyarni mil rahi hoti hai. Already big divisions have surfaced among the Nooras from the Pajama Leaks, in ki asliyat samne aa gai hai. Ek taraf se Showbazz and family PM ki seat ki taraf chalang lagai gi, fir baaji mariyam bi chalang lagai gi, doosri taraf Ishaq Dollar, teesri taraf speaker saab, aur fir inki chotay motay paltu kutttay Dalal Chodu, Danny Batameez etc etc.
