IK has said a million times that he wants to de politicize instituations, an example of this is KPK police. He wants PK corrupt free, ( not saying KPK is corrupt free but to the level it use to be it is way better now, even political opponents have accepted this.
He wants rich to pay tax and all looted money abroad to come back.

But for that he needs to become PM, for that status quo has to go.
