6.High treason.
(1) Any person who (means Gen. Ayub, Gen. Yahya, Gen.Zia, Gen. Musharaf) abrogates or attempts or conspires to abrogate, subverts or attempts or conspires to subvert the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.
(2) Any person (means Z.A. Bhutto, Mian Tufail and Qazi Hussain of JI, Nawaz Sharif and co, Ch.Shujaat and co., BB, Zardari and co., Altaf Hussain and co., sittning CJ of SC, Imran Khan, FazlurRehman and co. etc.) aiding or abetting the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.
(3) [Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] shall by law provide for the punishment of persons(means Z.A. Bhutto, Mian Tufail and Qazi Hussain of JI, Nawaz Sharif and company, BB, Zardari and company, Altaf Hussain and company, Sittning CJ of SC, Imran Khan, FazlurRehaman and co. etc.) found guilty of high treason

This is absolutely ridiculous. If people were killed under an illegal operation and poor and innocent people were killed, how can a person or a party forgive the killers. I agree with Zaidi, if we are forgiving a killer here, we should set free all the killers spending their time in jails or waiting for their punishment through courts, because they belong to poor, and no politician or army is behind them. I think those poorer than these murderers and they deserve more sympathies.
I really feel like laughing at the reason of not applying article 6 that a 100,000 people would be hanged or a lot of army generals or PMs, Ministers would be hanged. If they have done something as such, why hesitate in doing that.
This is the reason we don't believe in punishment of strong people, only a poor person gets punished.
Let us prove that the operation was wrong, illegal and let us hang all the culprits directly involved in it. After that we can punish those who were indirectly involved in it.
We shouldn't think of today or this month or this year. We should think of the situation in next 5 years. If we could set an example to day or within a year, afetr 5 years we would be a proud nation, I am 100 percent sure.
We don't need leaders, generals who do one thing good at the cost of taking the law of land in their hand. Leaving these leaders, generals every time implies that any general or any politician could be part of the next treason.

As you agree with me and you also brought lots of personalities in to this, then let me ask you who will start this process other than those who are currently holding authorities within the Government, i.e Gallani, Zardari,Asfandar Ali and Altaf .
Article 6 is just a tip of the iceberg and If you have to start from the surface, then you have to start it from the surface. And if that means the musharrraf will be first, then let Musharraf be the first under the proccess and then let it take to the past and bring all those you just named and deal with them one at a time.But as you know, the parties in power are dead aganist the start of this process since it will be Musharraf first and then the others.
But just to even kill the idea, there are lots of manuevering and pasturing from those who do not want this process to start. You also know that Supremet court sent this back to the present Government to initiate the process of Article 6 and they are the only who can do that under our Constitution. They do not need a Parliamentry resolution or any other piece of legistation in order to start the process.
Now as being a good Citizen of Pakistan and a faithful worker of MQM ( which happens to share the power with Zardari once again) Would your boss in London will bring the ultimatum to the PPP Government to either bring the article 6 to the function or risk your parting from the present allinace ? ALSO, would your Pir in London instruct your faithful workers to work with any party which is sincere to bring Article 6 to its functionality and work with them so the process of elimination will start in Pakistan of those who took the advantage of Pakistani Nation and helped prope up the dictators ( or dictator) in the past ?
If they do that I will drop all my critisism of your party and will really think that it is not a bunch of opportunists rather working to bring Pakistan back to civilized nations which care about their Constitution, and abide by the rule of law.
Is that a deal, Pakpatriot ? But don't let this process boged down in to the formulities of who will be the first and who will be the last to be tried under article 6 if your are really sincere of applying this piece of legistation.

The difference between me and you is that you say the glass is half empty but I say glass is half full. Actually both are on the same page.
I don't know who will start this process. Obviously, sitting govt. has to start and MQM has to tell it, otherwise MQM has to quit from two ministries. I am sure MQM will not do that as it is also a part of the system. But can PMLN do the same thing? Will they resign from the parliament and quit from the punjab govt.? Or in the next term if they win the election, will they run the trial? No my dear no, no one has that courage. This is only a political point scoring. No one wants to be hung.
So don't expect everything from MQM, just ask some thing from the big giants of pak politics.
I just asked the implementation of the article six of the constitution that adresses ALL not especifically Musharaf or MQM. If you have a different version please share with us.
I don't know why you always want to save others but only target only MQM and Musharaf.
Although this is the bitter truth that MQM and Musharaf are at the end of the list.
MQM courageously saying trial us but with everybody.
Why singling out one person or one party only. Many people are still waiting for any logical and satisfying answer of that.
