Being one of the most unfortunate Generals in history, Musharraf will be remembered as a commando on the run for decades to come. In fact question should be not whether he returns or not, we should rather ask ourselves if he deserves to be buried here in Pakistan if he collapses playing a tabla somewhere there ?
He is true copy of Gerneral Pinochet of Chile but ironically as Chile lost one complete generation of babies in his rule, still he was lucky to be buried in Chile. Musharraf who massacred, traded in human flesh and over-ruled constitution, finds himself on a door to door salesmanship, trying to sell his lost village wisdom but no takers. His complexes made him a failure as a general, leader and human. Looking at his hunger for power in his early days in Army, some body must have told him frankly as Shafiq-ur-Rehman paints another boisterous character like Musharraf in his book " ...as far as your impatience to become a General is concerned, you can become a general practioner or general merchant at the best. However, if Army is close to its downfall and they decide to promote you to the rank, you will be the only general with zero general knowledge"
