He is already trying to remove responsibility from himself by asking the members of the committee he is going to form to own the economic policies.

PC is typical Patwari. Asad is a finance guy not economist. PTI has said from day one they will take advise from top economist and business leaders to formulate policy. This is how govts. are run All over the world. In USA and Europe the top economist advise the govt. Govt executes those policies.
IK also mentioned he will seeks advice from top people in all sectors.
But Patwaris have no clue. cant blame them, in Patwari land all policies are made Sharif, chota don, Ms. Calibari and Samdhi..All in the family. This is why we are in economic black hole.

If you involve the stakeholders in coming up with a plan and those stake holders then own the plan as there own then such a plans has high chance of success. You may even guide the stakeholders to your way of thinking but ultimately they think they have come up with the proposal. This is what AU is alluding to.
