1 - if some1 sells off all the personal property in the UK (a predominantly Caucasian country), returns to Pakistan and lives among the Pakistani people - that person is definitely a racist

2 - if some one goes out in the world and begs people to donate money so that he can build a free cancer hospital for the poor brown people in his own country - that person is definitely a racist

3 - if some tells the youth of his country that there is nothing wrong with them and they can achieve what ever they want if they work hard regardless of their ethnicity - that person is definitely a racist


4 - if some1 heavily criticizes the western policies - that person is definitely a racist

Or when someone is offered huge amount of money to play cricket in South Africa and he refused ONLY because the racism in the country.
