AOA dear awam ,

my height is 5.8 ft and 105 kg weight
sara din office me beth na parta hai jiss ki waja se
koi exercise nai ho pati jab ke saray din me sirf ik time khana khata hoon

last 6 moths me buhat teezi se izafa howa hai nearly 16 kg

aap se request hai koi achi si medicene ya food sepplement sujjest karay
khas ker agar kissi ne khud use kiya hoo

aap bhe try karen ... khaney pe hath bhe thora halka rakhen

Janab ye mera peraonal tajruba hai ab yakeen karna aur na karna aap ke hath mai hai

meri shadi se takreeban teen chaar maheene pehle ki meri routine ye thi jis ke waja se mera wazan 72 se 63 per aa gaya tha. Aap lo kuch sacrifice karna parega kyin ke ye kaam sur baaton se nahi hota determination ki zarroorat hai ye meri khuraak aur exercise thi aap try karo shayad aap ka bhi kaam ban jaaye....

every alternative day mai kam az kam 50 km megnatic bike chalata tha takreeban 2 hours mai HIIT ke tareeke se (hiit aap search kar len)

what you should is to offer Pray at masjid in your office timings and don't use lift while going to the mosque . it will help you.

One is that you do it. The other is that you continue to do it[/FONT].

Moreover try to calculate your calories intake and consumption, if you educate yourself how much running or exercise you need after eating paraths or junk food, i believe you will try to cut off your diet.

At the end i will suggest, first of all try to find out how much calories you taking per day. they should not be more than 2000, just google whatever you eating for exact calories.

stop eating sugary stuff. have tea or coffee without sugar and use skimmed milk, black tea and coffee is even better. reduce on bread, chapatis (yes it contains lots of sugar) rice etc... avoid the bakery stuff at all costs... eat more vegetables (less potatoes and sweet potatoes) white eggs, and fruits (don't eat lots of bananas and sugar cane) and you will see tremendous weight reduction. all this is fine but to stay fit and healthy, exercise is a must... if your job is too demanding or you're being bullied by your arrogant boss, then try switching your job.
