Terrorism in Pakistan is planned and monitored by a Pakistan cell in Afghanistan. Strategic planning is probably done by CIA/MOSSAD but surely all tactical implementation is handled by RAW. Thanks to friends like US, who needs enemies!!!!

The biggest blunder Pakistan did was in 2005 when Pakistan accepted the US help after the earthquake. Thousands of CIA agents came at that time and made inroads in most sensitive areas of Pakistan. Now CIA has so much of the strength with its US and Pakistani agents in Pakistan that it has been challenging the ISI!!!!!!!
