since when taking a loan is a bad thing ? in a country where there is no agricultural tax and Jahangir Tareen is the biggest beneficiary along with retired Generals, Admirals, Air Marshalls who owned thousands of farm on their Govt given agricultural land post retirements

especially when 50% of the borrowed money is spent on "allallay tallallay" of Generals who wants to keep the "myth of India" in their own control to justify their narrative on as needed basis!
