How important is breaking chain of command

According to a hadith of the prophet PBUH, when Imam Mehdi will come, a Muslim army will come to fight against him and will be sunk into the earth as punishment by Allah swt. There will be practicing Muslim soldiers in that army but even then all of the army will be sunk into the earth as punishment simply because those soldiers will not break the chain of command due to their discipline even though it would be clear to them that they are fighting Imam Mehdi and their top few generals are traitor of Islam and so will keep obeying their few traitor generals.
There is a lesson for our Pak army in this prophecy that it is important to break chain of command when the few top generals are traitors. If you keep following the commands of the traitor generals regardless of whether they are against Pakistan you are equally responsible in this treason. And God forbid, I hope you are not the same army who is such "disciplined" that will prefer to be swallowed by earth (and punished by Allah swt) but will not break the chain of command.
