These jesters should do their show in Raiwind to entertain their master.They know nothing about water management systems.Dams are not the only way to stop floods.There are many other ways eg dredging the rivers,preventing erosion and landslides in hilly areas by planting treeing and shrubs to slow down water flow.Reservoirs can also be built to contain water.In UK there are hundreds of reservoirs which collect rain water.This water is used for drinking.In suitable areas dams can also be built.
