I haven't heard the audio but I want to ask something. Did our scholars ever studied the art and science of currency wars? Why did they legitimise paper currency which is backed by nothing? Where were these scholars when saudi Arabia agreed to sell petrol only for dollars thereby not only saving the dollar hegemony at that time, but also strengthened it? Now that same dollar is ruining Pakistan. Where were our scholars when Pakistan took imf loan hundreds of times in the past. What about the loot and plunder and corruption of past governments which destroyed our economy. Why were they silent then? Compared to that, hoarding dollars is nothing. Our scholars will have to answer to Allah one day
