He said they can come----------he didnt say they will be allowed to leave.

They can come on pre-arrest bail to attend the funeral.
As soon as the funeral is over, they will be arrested.

I'd love for them to come and face trail, but they are not totally stupid. They will never come.

I hope this is a trap to bring them to Pak. This way Pak will save money in the process of bringing them back and since they are already in ECL so they won’t be allowed to leav Pak.

Pre-arrest bails are a normal procedure and courts allow this as a routine and lawful procedure... whereas ECL lists are totally a different matter, but remember there are certain lawful ways to include or exclude any name; and because Govt has included their names on judicial instructions, it’s also under judiciary’s control to exclude them in this case.... Govt or executive can only implement what apex court would say.... hope I cleared the issue, to my understanding though :)
