Has Blasphemy been proven?

All this hue and cry about Naamoos e Risalat by the maulanas of this great nation, have they read the supreme court judgement? Blasphemy has not been proven. How can you hang a person without proving his/her guilt? In fact, according to Supreme Court, this case should never have reached there. There were so many holes in the case against accused that it should have been set aside in the first court where it was heard.

So people you should be happy that there was no blasphemy committed. Sanctity of our religion was never challenged. Just because the initial court passed an erroneous judgment, does it mean the accused must be hanged, no matter what?

Three women fruit pickers had a verbal altercation 8 years ago over a glass... since the one who used it was a Christian and the one who owed it was a Muslim !!! Only in a country full of illiterates and bigots can we create such mayhem and destruction over ... some trivial thing that could have been avoided if the Muslim women had been following .. Islam .. not the Islam of the mullahs But the Islam of the Holy Prophet P.B.U.H and had been courteous enough to allow her to drink from their glass.. after all they were colleagues/ fellow workers on the farm ...

Anti Blasphemy Law is there as a deterrent for those who wish to propagate evil and cut the roots of Islam through the degradation of our Beloved and the Beloved of Allah SWA ... for example making fun and making cartoons, printing books or making blogs etc....

It is not their to hang to death an illiterate Christian fruit picker... we are mocking our Religion and Our Holy prophet P.B.U.H in front of all the world by going absolutely berserk ....
When we try to apply this law on a sad and trivial accident involving three women picking fruit on a hot day fighting about why the non-Muslim woman used the glass of a Muslim woman and what followed thereafter .....

Dear brother....ASIA BIBI has confessed her blasphemy in front of JIRGA, in front of POLICE SP who also offered her full help and asked her if the witnesses were saying anything wrong, but she confessed, then in front of trial court, in front of high court she confessed her crime...it's only when she was brought before SC when she denied doing any blasphemy.

So, her confession was the REAL thing that made this case straightforward. SC brought in different trivial technicalities and on the basis of doubt in the details of these absurd technicalities they acquitted her within few hours.

People of that village should be appreciated for showing control of their emotions. Otherwise, they could have killed her there and then. However, they didn't even slap her. They took consulted amongst themselves under the guidance of Qari/Imam sahib and then they decided to report the case to the police instead of taking law in their own hands.

They got justice from trial court and high court and it strengthen their faith in the execution of fair justice in Pakistan, but SC's hurriedly taken decision made everything dubious about this case.

If we have to agree with lower courts decisions then there is no need of Supreme Court

This law is faulty . What if I blame you or u blame me for blasphemy, Is there any way out?
