First thing first, HR sahab your information based on your reliable source is not plausible because of following points;
Pakistan cant even pressurize Afghanistan then how come it can exert any conceivable pressure on a first world state like United Kingdom?
British establishment dont give a rats backside about the reservations of Pakistani government / establishment on the affairs of MQM and Baloch fugitives, period.
Britain has its vested interest in the region of Karachi and Afghanistan and it will carry on pursuing its policy of feeding / nurturing its strong assets in Pakistan.
Raheel Sharif or Babra Sharif they dont give a damn about Pakistans concerns and if Pakistani establishment has guts then it has to address these issues on different scales / channels.
