اگر یہ خود کو عقل کل سمجھنا چھوڑ دیں تو ان کو بہت افاقہ ہو ...اگر ابھی بھی کوئی یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ یہ پی ٹی آئی کے ہمددر ہیں تو بلکل غلط سمجھتا ہے ..یہ میٹھی چھری ہیں .اور ان کی تکلیف ایک سال پرانی .

Sharifs may not be perfect leaders but Bonga Khan is a lot clueless. He has some catchy rhetoric but nothing to show for, for his Govt in KPK. His flip flops have exposed his weaknesses. Sahrifs will try to dodge him for some time but they will hammer him hard when elections are around the corner. PPP also has potential to recapture some of its lost ground. As it stands today, Bonga Khan can draw some attention but his following is shaky. He looks less likely to capture the next elections than he was favorite for 2013.

Party nichli satah tak munazim hai, tabhi 4 din kay notice pey Karachi mein, aur haftay kay notice pey Lahore mein itnay baray jalsay huway.

Problem is that Haroon Rashid tends to compare PTI to the only other sorry examples that we have in our country..i-e, PPP and PMLN etc. Fact is, that we should be comparing PTI to some of the more established and educated parties of the developed world. Sadly, so far, the only brand of democracy we have seen is the mukmuka style of PPP PMLN, which is why people are having trouble grasping the clean tactics employed by PTI. Imagine, so many jalsas, such huge gatherings day in and day out, and no untoward incident, only clean demands.

PTI power and following forced him to tilt his argument a little before asserting his own opinion................I can't understand how a single person assumes to guide a party...............a single vision over collective wisdom...........HR is a prey of this dilemma............

Imran Khan is a Great Leader, but bad Administrator. It is a common thing, pretty visible in professional sector. His team isn't competent enough or wrongly placed in diff departments.

Here is my view , how he should manage. (Everyone can differ and give their own view about it).

Cyber Wing & Spokesperson & Media face : Asad Umer
Middle Management (Workers) = Andaleeb Abbas (Pakistan) Fauzia Kasuri (Int'l)
Youth Wing Matters = Murad Saeed (this is purely Association building)
Event / Program Management = Imran Ismail / Fayyaz Chohan (he is a worker type) / Abrar (if possible) (NO Awab, Aleem or Shafqat mehmood & isb guy)
Women Wing Motivational Speaker = Ayesha Gulalai / Dr. Yasmeen
Strategy (Forward Planing / Retainership = Shireen Mazari (She is good at Post event scenario building)

Rest should be given under the command of SMQ for mobilization of general public , Visiting every city of Pakistan.

They seriously need to kick out their Media Head Guy (Who lives under a rock in Hyderabad) and hire someone mobile & efficient. Someone who can prepare a press release in jiffy and can counter Noora Cell with ease (right now, Volunteers are Working their Arse off ).

NOTE : they should simply stop every one from giving interviews or coming up on Media without preparation (This is also a job of Media Team manager to provide matter & prepare the leader for media show off)
