I would advise people to read the constitution of Pakistan.
It’s the simplest of documents, doesn’t need a judge to explains it.

The constitution of Pakistan is sequential, meaning, the articles are ordered by importance.

1. The republic and territories. Meaning the state of Pakistan and its geographical boundaries.
2. Islam to be the state religion.
3. Elimination of exploitation. Exploitation and misuse of power.
4. Fundamental rights of every citizen.
5. Loyalty to the state.
6. High Treason

Article 1-5 are the fundamental articles, article 6 defines violation of article 1 to 5, and all the remaining articles are subservient to articles 1- 5.

The constitution defines these articles to be the fundamentals to all the other articles.
Every citizen and specifically people of power are bound to ensure article 5, loyalty to the state.
And based on article violation of article 5, the deputy speaker quashed VONC.

Article 69 also clearly states that the proceedings of parliament cannot be called into question by any court.

The judges violated article 69 and article 4 of the constitution, which warrants use of article 6 against them.

US treats Pakistan like tissue paper.US understands the mentality and weaknesses of Pakistani leaders.Indian leaders managed to get a waiver from US to build Chabahar port when Iran was under severe sanctions.Indian went ahead and bought the Russian S-400 missile defence.US Congress did not impose sanctions on India.I know US wants to use India against China and this is partly the reason for the waivers.However India has a strong lobby in US which is used to protect Indian interests.Indian-Americans are wealthy and they donate funds to republican and democratic parties which helps them to exert influence on US senators and representatives.

The level of competence and corruption has put this country to 130 out of 139. So when next time these Judges tell people of Pakistan then they need respect. They should improve their performance first.
