Green line BRT to start from October: Asad Umar

Asad-UmarMinister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar on Tuesday said the Green Line Bus Rapid Transit System (BRT) service in Karachi would become operational by October this year.

“Prime Minister Imran Khan reviewed progress of five federal projects in Karachi transformation plan and Green line BRT will start from October this year,” he said in his tweet.

He said storm water drains, sewage, and roads project would be completed this fiscal year. In addition, he informed that construction of the K-IV water project, modern Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) and freight corridor projects would also start in this
fiscal year.

This is a party of hypocrites....for 10 years the leader of this party used to call the Lahore metrobus as "jungla bus" and used to scream from container that "Mian Saamp....qaumen sarkon se nahi baantiiiiii"......now this LAANTI party and its chamchas making BRT in Karachi. Why didnt this LAANTI party cancel this BRT and use the money on health or education like it claimed? because they are a bunch of haramis

Haraami you can do both. You Haraamis used these projects for commissions. It's the reason 25bn was found in the accounts of SS. So get lost.

I would love to see people cycling along the track can you share some pictures? and 500 million dollar x 160 = 80 billion PKR 250 million usd x 100 = 25 billion PKR. How Peshawar BRT will be able to pay it's own cost? no mentions.
