well those lived or has been living in UAE knows for sure UAE won't sign this treaty!!!! Already there expo 2020 bubble is about to burst and their real estate sector is based on such looted wealth from all over the word. So if they signed any such treaty they would open doors for other countries like india, russia, iran etc. So easy option for them is to avoid such treaty or confiscate such assets as they did with Qatar saga
