وارفیج چارجز 3.85 فیصد 2.65 ڈالر فی بیرل
آئیل کمپنیز مارجن 3.5 فیصد 2.40 ڈالر فی بیرل

ریفائننگ چارجز 8.20 ڈالر فی بیرل.

US$ 48.52 + US$ 2.16 + US$ 6.15 + US$ 2.65 + US$ 2.40 + US$ 8.20 = US$ 70.08 per barrel

ایک بیرل میں 159 لیٹر ہوتے ہیں

US$ 70.08 per barrel / 159 = US$ 0.44 per litter
US$ 0.44 x 103 = Pak Rs. 45.32 per Litter

45.32 روپے فی لیٹر حکومت کو پڑتا ہے
سیلز ٹیکس 17 فیصد
ایکسائز ڈیوٹی 3.15 فیصد
یکم جنوری سے 6 فیصد مذید ٹیکس
17% + 3.15% + 6% = 26.15 %

ٹوٹل ٹیکس 26.15 فیصد فی لیٹر
45.32 ÷ 100 x 26.15 = 11.85

Rs 45.32 per litr + Tax Rs 11.85 per litr = Rs 57.17 per litr

تمام جائز ٹیکسز کے بعد حکومت کو فی لیٹر 57.17 روپے فی لیٹر دینا چاہیئے۔
. جو بھی 57.15 روپے سے اوپر ہے , حکومت ہم سے غیر قانونی ٹیکس لیتی ہے
یہ تمام حساب نیک نیتی پر مبنی ہے ۔​

The price you are qouting is crude oil price. That petrol has to be refined, apart from that Oil distrubuter are also required to maintain a reserve of certain ammount of petrol (approximately 3 months of the the country's usage is supposed to be in reserve). yeh saray kaam zakat kay paisay ya chanday say nahi hotay.

Sigh, You are forgetting all the logic in your anger.CJP and other judges who overheard panama order to open hudebya paper mil case but it was rejected by other judges.As for model town, It is a trial court case.Chief justice did what he can do aka took notice and order not to unnecessary delay of the case and provide justice.CJP is no dictator.He has to follow the law.He is doing what he can.

According to courts' manual and his rhetoric, all cases must be concluded within a month, and noora's case was dragged for two years and the given six months to lower court, again extending to two more months. Courts are given the absolute authority under constitution. So, He can do all that in public interest.Just cause someone didn't did it before doesn't mean he can't either.

He should stop helping noora showbaaz and their family members, involved in heinous crimes. Give any example through out world, where a Chief Justice of a Supreme Court calls the complainant and the accused in his chamber and convinces the complainant (by authoritative force) to settle with the accused and take back complaint.

NAB would be forced to invoke its Article 9 of NAB law to convict a government office holder if he / she don't provide plausible evidence of clean money used to acquire assets beyond income.
