WASHINGTON - A new book spotlighting some of the nettlesome issues in the ongoing counter-terrorism charade depicts Pakistani army chief General Ashfaq pervaiz kayani as a cool-headed soldier in spite of the pressures brought on him by President Barack Obamas top security officials.
