Justice NA Afghan & Justice Aminudin Khan, writing the most controversial & shameful dissent note regarding the 'Makhsoos Seats', have undermined & ridiculed the wisdom of eleven Justices of the Supreme Court who on 12 July 24 passed the verdict that PTI was eligible for all the reserve seats. The cognitive abilities of these two judges should be scrutinised to ascertain if the writing of the dissent note was based on political prejudice or bias and politically influenced.

These two judges must be condemned and rebuked by every patriotic Pakistani for writing in their dissent note that any institution can overrule and refuse to act upon the verdict passed by the majority of noble judges of the Supreme Court. These judges have promoted vandalising of the Constitution, and the rule of law and ridicule the wisdom of the fellow judges of the supreme judiciary.

It is about time that corrupt and controversial judges are shunted from our judicial system to preserve the integrity and sanctity of our Constitution, respect the rule of law and uphold judicial justice.
