Frequent Earthquakes in Pakistan - Is HAARP at work?

No doubt, the technology to cause earth quakes is a reality in this modern world. The question is however, is it a natural phenomenon that is causing frequent earth quakes in Pakistan or is it this modern technology at work? As a Pakistani citizen, I am rightly concerned about knowing the answer.

1- If US can control the weather through HAARP, then why they are mostly the victims of Tsunami's and tornadoes etc??? If, as per these videos imply that they do some experiments with respect to weather warfare systems.. then why don't they choose some barren areas ??? US has loads of them... practicing certain experiments in the populated areas increases the Govt expenses manifold as they will have to rescue and rehabilitate the people of the area afterwards... to me, it makes little sense that they are, at this point in time, controlling the environment. They might be working on it but I am not sure whether they have mastered the tech or not.

2- Geologists in Pakistan can tell you that you can bring about an earthquake.... basss kisi harram khor raashi officer ko pehli manzil sey neechay phaink do.... 500 Km tak tabahi to khaasi mumkin hay

Actually, it is not that I have any contradictions with the Hadees, but the thing I cannot understand is that why US would practice such a thing on their own people in the form of Hurricane Sandy? they could have tested it on their western shores, where they do not have much population.... why not Russia or any of Russian collate?

However, the beauty of Hadeeth is that it also does not refer to the Earthquakes, it also refers to the rains.... and yes it is possible to introduce drought and artificial rains through some aerosol chemicals. Even the technology of HAARP focuses the ionosphere, which is a part of our atmosphere. Therefore, I am wondering that whether the climate and earthqauke control technology has been really mastered by Americans, or is it someone else, playing the part? and is really HAARP powerful enough to bring about an earthquake in a far distant land ... thinking on theories of physics, it would require US to put in an amount of energy used by all the US in one year, to produce a jolt, lasting a second or so, in China... However, Allah Knows Best.
