Paris: Pakistan tennis ace Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and his Dutch partner Jean-Julien Rojer moved into the semi-finals of the French Open mens doubles on Tuesday. Qureshi and Rojer had faced off against third-seeded pair Michael Llodra and Nenad Zimonjic. However, the on-song duo managed to dispatch their opponents 6-4 and 2-1. This is the furthest Qureshi has managed to go in the French Open. His previous best was a knock-out at the quarter finals stage.They will now face the second seeded Bryan brothers in the next round who won their match Oliver Marach of Austria and Horacio Zeballos of Argentina 6-1, 4-6, 6-4.This will be the second meeting between the pair within a fortnight after the American born brothers had seen off Qureshi and Rojer in the Nice Open 6-4, 6-4.
