I agree with most of the points. But why there are plastic bags there all over, Was there someone comes from other neighborhoods, Why they can not clean there own area.

these folks were given plots to move out yers ago, look up Ali Pur Farash town
these folks sold their plots and still refused to move out

This is a premium land. Someone needs to buy a new place outside islamabad in place of this. This is very much resolvable issue!
