Salam As i belong to medical field, i know many cases where negligence of doctors, surgeons, technicians, equipments & management, have caused loss of lives. I accept that DEATH IS EXISTING & ALLAH have all the powers. But should not we punish those who play with our lives, & when we are dead (may ALLAH save us) they even ask for payments & then hand over the dead body.

Brother I Totally Agree with You.
I lost my Father in One of the Biggest Hospitals of Pakistan due to Negligence of Doctors.


But in Fouzia Wahab case, I with due respect DISAGree
The NEGLIGENCE act is only for Ordinary Pakistanies,
Not in CASES when VVIPs are Under Treatment.

There is no harm or any thing wrong with the investigation to assess the validity and appropriateness of the treatment, but this should be extended to all the patients who have such complaints.
Maybe something good will come out of it for the public in general. Although I am not sure what improvemenst were ensured after the eath of BB in the hospitals in general.
