Re: For the supporters of Military Dictatorship

politions apne adwar mein looot maar hi itni karte hein k woh sab kuch khareed lete hein

hamara media jiske bare mein kisi bache se b poocha jaye to woh b bata de ga k bika howa hai
har kisi ki qeemat hai

kya kisi ne is baat ki aagahi b awam ko di k jab kisi corrupt or na-aehal jamhoori Govt ko pakistan ko gair mustehkam karne k jurm mein ghar baija jata hai to yeh log kuch arsa k liye khamosh rehte hein or phir Marsial law k dor mein b yahi log mulk ko gair mustahkam karte hein tah k yeh log phir se iqtedaar mein aa sakein

agar paksitan ki tareekh utha k daikhi jaye to yeh baat saaf nazar aaye gi har kisi ko

marsial law k aate hi 1 dam mulk taraqqi ki janib safar karta hai lekin jab kuch saal guzar jate hein or awam mulk ki khushhali mein in corrupt kamhoori anasir k kartoot bhool jate hein to yeh log apna loota howa paisa bahir late hein sahafi khareede jate hein jo inka sath de k mulk mein aese halaat paisa karte hein k awam k dil se marsial law ki mohabbat khatam ki ja sake
or har dafa yeh log kamyaab rahe hein

so result yeh niklta ahi k chahe jamhoori dor ho chahe marsial law
paksitan ko masail ki andhi daldal mein yahi jamhoori log or Media hi dhaiklta hai

Re: For the supporters of Military Dictatorship

Politions or Media k log yeh kitni mazhika khaiz baat karte hein k sari dunya ki jamhooriyat ne kei kei so saal ki aoonch neech se seekha or khud ko mustehkam kiya
galat batein system se nikali gai achi shamil ki gain
paksitan mein jamhooriat abhi nozaida hai so jese jese yeh barhi ho gi to khudhi behtari aati jaye gi
mera un naam nihaad danashwaron se sawal hai k hamari jamhoori quwatein directly woh jamhoori system kyon nahi adopt kar leti jise dunya ne salha saal ki tag o do k baad lagoo kiya hai or jo galtiyon se pak hai ? yeh kyon zaroori hai k hum 0 se hi shuru hon or so saal baad is qabil hon k hamara jamhoori system galtion or corruption se pak ho

kya hum log dunya ki doosri zaroraton k mutabiq ki gai ijadaat ko paksitan mein la k waise hi nai istemaal karte yah to phir yeh karein k un ijadaat par b pak mein 0 se kaam shuru kiya karein or jitna arsa us k banne mein lage woh arsa hum b lagain

kya waja hai k hum baqi her cheez mein to ready made ko use karne ko tarjeeh dete ehin or jamhooriyat k muamle mein or media k muamle mein hum dunya se bana banaya system nai uthate

in sab ne awam ko truck ki 32 k piche lagaya howa hai coz isi mein in corrupt anasir ki baqa hai chahe woh media hon chahe woh hamari afsar shahi ho chahe woh politions hon

The first martial law of Ayub Khan created seeds of division of Pakistan which culminated in the form of creation of Bangladesh during Yahya Khan's reign. Zia's martial law brought heroin and klashnikov culture while Musharraf 's martial law gifted us terrorism.

All these hurt Pakistan much more than any temporary economic growth. Even that short term economic growth was due to unplanned expansionary monetary policies that severely hurt the economy in the long run.

The whole world has learnt this lesson that democracy is the only viable system no matter its problems and weaknesses. We need to realize this as well.

We tend to believe that we are unique. And that democracy could never work for us. We lack the will and capability to do a simple analysis of why can't we make even basic democracy work in our country. Some form of democracy, with all its faults, is not only working in the developed countries rather in the third world countries too.

We don't seem to realize that we are not a special breed and that we should give up trying to mould democracy to match our failings. Instead we should come to a realization, rather quickly, that what we really need to do is to overcome the faults in ourselves and adopt simple democratic system and let it run its course. We should stop trying to blame democracy for our own failings and justifying military dictatorships. I think that nothing could be worse than this defeatist attitude that we are not good enough for democracy and pray and wish for a benevolent dictator to ride in on a high horse to save us. We have not learned any lessons in the 34 years under dictatorships and the years spent cleaning up the mess left over by these lesser men masquerading as our saviors.

What people don't understand is that these short periods where it seems that our economy was booming was just a mirage. The latest one during the Musharraf era is a combination of the western powers and the big monetary institutions pouring money in to reward us for our cooperation in the war on terror and also the uptick of the global economy and the real estate boom the world over. There was no sustainable growth. This was evident when the economic bubble bursted and we had nothing to show for ourselves. The economies which had made REAL progress (not the ones with cooked numbers) were able to withstand the global economic crisis and our so called growth was badly exposed.

Just a couple of things for you....

First one is that it doesn't cost to dream - so dream on.....

And, the second one is that you may have heard that saying from a genius 'Repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results is insanity'

So you are saying that if political rulers construct a road, only their voters can travel on it and if they build a power plant, only their votes get electricity from it?
