Lol....Saqib seems to be laying the groundwork for a future political career...almost identical to Iftikhar Ch.

But to be fair, the document must be verified. Its unfair since many UK citizens 'surrender' their UK nationality and get ILR in return, which essentially gives them a way to get back in whenever needed. So the law needs to be applied, and rulers made an example of.

Please be aware of yourself. With ILR you can’t go away from UK beyond 2 years. If Away more than 2 years, then have to apply again with fresh evidence and case to be decided on evidence provided!

I dont know of the exact rules, but does it require you to come back after 2 years and live in the UK permanently? or do you just have to visit the UK to get that done? Im not saying Ch. Sarwar falls in that category...but many do. And its good if Ch. Sarwar gets checked, and checks out. iIt will lay the groundwork for others

No there’s not such requirement but you need to visit uk before 2 years period lapse. Let’s make it simple.
If you have ILR and you leave UK afterwards then you have to comeback at least once within 2 years for few weeks to show you have connections in the UK

UK is looking forward to rectify such lacunas very enthusiastically and you will have noticeable changes after March 2019. Currently UK is merely focussing on economic and tax reforms including payments through off shore companies declared as loan payments to fiddle with the tax regime. Bhal safai on its way soon as winter is coming!
