This is an an excellent site to find out your Date Of Birth according to Islamic Calendar.

How to use

with these buttons at bottom of picture, set your date of birth in the above area and you will get your date of birth according to hijri calender.

Note: It tells hijri date according to saudia, those who born in pakistan, subtract one day from result.

Like mine is

while my original is 13th ramadhan as told by my parents and elders.

Although, the d.o.b is not much important in islam, but since all sharai rulings are based on age according to islamic calender.
It is ordered to parents to teach their children namaz at age of 7, and beat them if they don't offer at age of 10. This is according to islamic (lunar) calender.
The prophet's pbuh age was 63 w.r.t lunar calender. Zakat is fardh w.r.t lunar calender and so on. So muslims should make habit to remember, and use lunar dates.
