Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi

Could someone please advice about Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi, what's the general perspective about this scheme

is it really offered by Fazaia or some builder using their name and is it safe and secure

PAF's own project, a safe investment but not as fruitful as other options, mainly due to the location. Their apartments were a big flop as soon as the location was unveiled, now bungalows are more farther than them.

Brother it is a safe investment and Fizaya has hired a Chinese developer not local company and intend to hand over to clients in committed time.
BUT
The location is a not popular or easily accessible, It is close to Gulshan-e-Maymar on one side and close to Surjani town on other side.
The apartments were booked an year ago or more but there is no substantial appreciation against the investment amount as compared to the average appreciation of property in Karachi. It might appreciate once people start living, like Creek Vista in DHA phase-8 in 2005-6 was not popular but turned out to be a gold mine later on.

I thought this project is close to Bahria Town and DHA City, this project is offered with 5 year development & payment plan
don't you think by time the will complete the project there will be other populated housing projects in the surrounding areas.
I have heard people are now moving out of main Karachi city and like to live in suburb areas .. what about Bahria town Karachi people haven't starting living there

What is the issue with location of Fazaia Apartments. It is next to Dream world resort and Gulshan-e-Maymar. Close to Super Highway and Northern bypass. Please provide more detail to convince me that it is a flop project. I am in real need of this information. Thank you very much in advance.
