One Step at a time dear. The merger should have happen in 1947.I understand your point that if it merged with KPK they won't let it province afterwards. Pakistan needs to made like a 50 provinces for good governance. Every city should have a Meyer.Gradually it will come dear. Our country is 70 Years old and it has achieved which is unimaginable.
