1st of all he gave the vote the one he hates most.... pakistan khappay (Zardari short )
2nd he is not joining the ministership bcoz he wants the building minister and PM RAJA against him.... Pakistan Khappay (PM Raja short)
3rd the whole country media showed his previous clips with PM Raja babu for the whole week then poor guy refused to the the ministership :lol::lol::lol: yah ganda per dhanda hai yah ;);)

Basically most of Pakistani nation has become habitual of taking things negatively. Change 100 per cent na hi dunya mei kahi hy aur na hi possible hy, agar koi acha kaam krta hy, does not matter what one's background is, v must at least appreciate it yar.
