Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa TCKP has always been taken a vital and dynamic role in exploring the unexplored serene sites of the region. To explore the enchanted valley of Kumrat Upper Dir, a six (06) day adventurous activity titled Exploring Unexplored, Promoting Tourism in Pakistan sponsored by TCKP has conducted from 2nd to 7th September, 2016. A camping set up was established by the Thirty (30) students by Computer Society of UET, Peshawar in Kumrat Valley and nearby tourists spots including Upper Dir, Sheringal, Kumrat, Kala Chashma (Tore Uba), Dojanga, Jandrai, Jahaz Banda, Katora Lake etc.
For the promotion of tourism, the students exposed such mesmerizing spots through documentaries, photography and writing travelogue on Kumrat Valley. Apart from photography, some adventurous activities including camping, trekking, fishing, bonfire etc. was also conducted.
