Expenses of President Vs PM and Governors Vs CMs

Yesterday was going through budget docs of Pakistan and its provinces and found below
President Office Expenses Rs 1020 Millions
PM Secretariat Expenses Rs 921 Millions
What is the output of President Dr Alvi's for spending nearly Rs 100 millions more than PM of Pakistan who is every where fighting for the people of Pakistan. I m unable to figure out why we have president/governors who are spending billions for nothing?

Sadly unable to kind numbers anywhere on the office website of KPK government for expenses on Governor Office and CM Secretariat.

Balochistan Governor Office Expenses Rs 257 Millions. No doubt governor of Balochistan is costing a lot to people of Balochistan.
Balochistan CM Secretariat Expenses Rs 57 Millions. I got this number from budget document but looks like very low. If this number is correct then CM must be appreciated for not wasting money.

BTW before PMLN salary of president was Rs90K per month which increased to over Rs800K when Mamnoon was president. Good news, PTI didn't change this salary as Dr Alvi is also poor person like Mamnoon.

First of all these are not minor expenses especially for the poor country like Pakistan.

Based on the above education, do u still want governors to work for education?

In terms of PM office expenses, as per the last budget of PMLN it was Rs986Millions.
If we compare the current Rs 921 Millions Vs Rs 986 Millions here its in USD
Current PM Office Budget is USD 5.8 Millions vs June 30 2018 its was USD 8.1millions.

In reality we don't need President + Governors under current form of democracy. We can save lot of money and use it on Public. Also the residencies belong to these offices can be sold to generate more money. Keep in Mind these governor houses are from the British Era and why to keep such history to haunt us that once we were slaves.

Governors and the President are the backup machinery of the Government, like the fire brigades, which are not used very often, but you have to maintain them.

President office also does a lot of work as it still has many responsibilities. But surely, the figures which are put up here do not justify their expenses Vs their work. Likewise, the Governor offices are also spending way out of proportion.

A better way would be to fix an annual honorarium for these offices. Anything over and above should come into the assembly for approval.
