جو راۓ دہندگان کچھ امريکی ہتھياروں کے آئ ايس کے ہاتھ لگنے کی حاليہ خبر کا حوالہ دے کر يہ تبصرہ کر رہے ہيں کہ ايسا کسی غلطی کی بنا پر ہونا "ناممکن" ہے انھيں چاہیے کہ جنگوں کے دوران "فرينڈلی فائر" سے متعلق واقعات اور اس ضمن ميں اعداد وشمار کا جائزہ ليں۔ يہ واقعات اسلحے اور سازوسامان کے دشمن کے ہاتھ لگنے کے مقابلے ميں کہيں زيادہ سنگين نوعيت کے ہوتے ہيں جن ميں غلطی کے نتيجے ميں آپ کے اپنے فوجی يا اتحادی حملے کے زد ميں آ جاتے ہيں۔

جہاں تک آئ ايس کے جنگجوؤں کے ہاتھوں ميں امريکی ہتھياروں کا سوال ہے تو اس ضمن ميں ٹی ٹی پی اور پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں ميں متحرک دہشت گرد تنظيموں کی تشہير کردہ بے شمار ويڈيوز ديکھيں جن ميں ان گروہوں کی جانب سے ان ہتھياروں کی نمائش کی جا رہی ہے جو مختلف مقابلوں کے دوران ان جنگجوؤں نے پاک افواج سے حاصل کيے ہيں۔

اب اگر کوئ ايسے طالبان ليڈر کی تصوير پوسٹ کرے جس ميں وہ پاکستانی ساخت کا اسلحہ تھامے ہوۓ ہو يا پاک فوج سے چھينی ہوئ کوئ جيپ يا گاڑی چلا رہا ہو تو کيا اس سے فوری طور پر يہ نتيجہ اخذ کيا جانا چاہيے کہ بغير کسی منطق کے پاک فوج خود اسی دشمن کو اسلحہ، سازوسامان اور نقل وحرکت کے ليے وسائل فراہم کر رہی ہے جس کے خلاف وہ نبردآزما ہے؟ اگر طالبان کے جنگجو پاکستانی اسلحے کو استعمال کرتے دکھائ ديں تو کيا اس کا يہ مطلب نکلتا ہے کہ پاکستان ان کو سپورٹ کر رہا ہے؟

اس ميں کوئ شک نہيں ہے کہ اسلحے اور ديگر سازوسامان کی ترسيل کے ضمن ميں کسی بھی طريقہ کار يا نظام ميں کمی يا کوتائ کا امکان موجود رہتا ہے اور امريکہ بھی اس سے مبراء نہيں ہے۔ تاہم يہ يقين رکھيں کہ اگر غلطی سے ہمارے کچھ ہتھيار آئ ايس آئ ايس کے جنگجوؤں کے ہاتھ لگے بھی ہيں تو اس سے کہيں زيادہ نقصان ہم نے انھيں ان حملوں کے ذريعے پہنچايا ہے جو ہم ميزائلوں کی صورت ميں روزانہ ان کے محفوظ ٹھکانوں پر کر رہے ہيں۔
